The CFMS2018 is open to the audience free of charge, and viewers who are closely related to the storage industry chain can sign up for the conference. The CFMS2018 uses two registration methods: general registration and invitation code registration. The invitation code is the corresponding code of the sponsor or support units of the conference. If you do not have the invitation code, please register through the “General Registration” page.

The participants who have passed the registration review will receive the email and short message "CFMS2018 Attendence Confirmation Letter". The CFMS2018 needs to be registered in advance. The participants will be submitted to the site with the CMFS2018 participation code and QR code. The summit meeting venue must scan the code before entering the venue.

CFMS2018 check-in time: September 19th, AM 08:00-09:00.To apply for the registration certificate, you need to show: 1. The conference code or QR code; 2. Two personal business cards (the business card information must be consistent with the registration information).

The CFMS2018 participation certificate can be processed in advance on the afternoon of September 18th from 14:00 to 18:00, to avoid the signing peak on the day of the summit.

The organizers of the CFMS2018 will provide simultaneous interpretation services, please cherish the simultaneous interpretation equipment. After the summit, do not bring the simultaneous interpretation equipment out of the venue.

Shenzhen Airport to CFMS2018: The whole journey is about 26 kilometers. It takes about 1 hour by taxi. The cost is about RMB 87. If you take the subway the time is about 45 minutes, you need to take the No. 11 line (Futian direction) to the Qianhai Bay Station. Interchange Line 1 (airport east direction) to Exit C of OCT, then walk 200 meters to InterContinental Shenzhen OCT.

Shenzhen North Railway Station to CFMS2018: The whole journey is about 14 kilometers. It takes about 30 minutes by taxi. The cost is about RMB 40. If you need to take the subway it is about 35 minutes, you need to take the No. 4 line (Futian Direction) to the Convention and Exhibition Center Station and transfer to Line 1 (airport east direction) to Exit C of OCT, then walk 200 meters to InterContinental Shenzhen OCT.

Shenzhen Futian Station to CFMS2018: The whole journey is about 9 kilometers. It takes about 23 minutes by taxi. The cost is about RMB 29. If you need to take the subway it is about 23 minutes, you need to take the No. 11 line (30a, Bitou direction). Transfer to Chegongmiao Station and transfer to Line 1 (airport east direction) to Exit C of OCT, then walk 200 meters to InterContinental Shenzhen OCT.

The CFMS2018 is located at the InterContinental Shenzhen OCT Hotel. Nearby hotels: Westin Yitian Hotel, City Inn (Window of the World), Huali Boutique Hotel (OCT), Seaview Jiatu Hotel, the above hotels are about 15 minutes’ walk from the summit venue, please arrange the meeting time reasonably.
